No SSN, date of birth or bank statements. ### What comes back? A full tri-merge mortgage credit report, estimated buying power, loan program matches and lead enrichment, in 1.8 seconds or less. No. QLFI uses an authorized soft inquiry, which does not affect credit scores. ### Is a result a loan approval? No. QLFI is not a lender.
