Buyer pre-qualification for real estate agents
Know where a buyer stands before the first showing. Use QLFI on a new lead, at an open house or in the middle of a buyer conversation, and pay only for what you run.
QLFI is not a lender. Results are preliminary and subject to lender verification and approval.

Where qualification fits your day
A new lead comes in
From your website, a portal or a connected tool. Run it before your first call so you know what to talk about.
An open house visitor signs in
Visitors scan a QR code with their own phone and sign in. Pre-qualification is a separate, optional step.
A buyer conversation
Send a QLFI form or link when a buyer asks what they can afford, so the answer starts from data.
Know what to talk about before you dial
Run a new lead the moment it arrives. By the time you call, you can see their credit picture, estimated buying power and which loan programs are worth discussing.
- A full tri-merge mortgage credit report with score, alerts, balances and credit factors
- Estimated buying power to frame the first price conversation
- Preliminary matches across Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo and Non-QM
- Mortgage profile details like DTI, payments, income and assets, where available

Preliminary program matches
Ask first. Always optional.
The buyer has to authorize the soft inquiry. Frame it as a benefit to them, make skipping easy, and never make it a condition of touring.
Before we look at homes, would it help to see a preliminary picture of your buying power?
Sure. Will it hurt my credit?
No, it's a soft inquiry. It just needs your OK. You can skip it and we'll still tour.
Okay, go ahead.

Not a lender decision. Sample data, not a real buyer.
Read results against buyer goals
The output starts a conversation. It is not a pass or fail label.
| Result | A good next conversation |
|---|---|
| Estimate aligns with the buyer's goals | Confirm the price range and introduce a lender for verification. |
| Estimate is below their budget | Talk through options: a lower price range, more down payment, or lender guidance. |
| No program match | Not a verdict. A lender may see options a preliminary match does not. |
| Buyer declines authorization | Respect it and keep working with them. |

Common questions
Yes. Pay As You Go has no monthly fee and charges $10 per run. It includes the pre-qualification run, program matching, enrichment, a lead list and email notifications, but not the Open House App or CRM.
When you want the workflow around the run: the Open House App, CRM and buyer pipeline, conversations inbox, document collection, websites, funnels and integrations. Single Agent is $97/month plus $5 per run.
Keep that relationship. Their lender's verification governs. Use QLFI only if the buyer wants an additional preliminary picture, and never as a reason to steer them elsewhere.
Credit-based pre-qualification may not be relevant. Ask for the proof of funds the seller requires instead.
No. Qualification should never be a condition of touring, and declining says nothing about a buyer's seriousness.
